DNA Drawback to Health & Life Insurance

Through the advancement in medical sciences, there are many benefits people can do to improve their life such as health, social justice, and property rights.

One of the advancement is the DNA finger printing. DNA finger printing enables people to see through their medical issues, identify a crime suspect, and to claim an ownership of righteousness. In relation to the former issue, however, it seems that DNA finger printing generate issues which lessen the coverage of prospect clients.

DNA can limit or even decline an insurance proposal made by a client. This may arise in health or life insurance, individual or collective one. Why can DNA prevent someone from having an insurance cover?  The answers to the questions are to look from the breakthrough of DNA finger printing/testing.

Since DNA testing may uniquely reveal anomalies of a person, the potential illness or any chromosome defect may lead to his/her disadvantages. As a result, the insurance cover excludes the illness detected by DNA testing or charges more outrageous premium rate. If worst comes to worst, the insurance cover declines the proposal.

Is this happening now? No, Not just yet.  The above picture shows possibility in the future which is not only in the States but also around the developed and insurance-minded countries.  A premonition could worsen as the world changes rapidly. Therefore, the US government strictly apply the use of DNA finger printing/testing and prohibits illegal person or body to use it against other people or to make benefit out of it.
